Yes, we ship all over the world for free. Some areas include: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Australia, Netherlands, Singapore, etc. Some countries take longer to ship to than others. Our average shipping time is 2 weeks, ranging from 1-6 weeks depending on your location. Our shipping to the USA generally takes 12-25 days. Our shipping to Canada takes 15-30 days. If you plan to give one of our items as a gift, we do not recommend buying items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates. 

We usually ship with Registered Airmail or ePacket, which works with carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, Royal Mail, etc.  

If you are not satisfied with our products, returns must be requested by emailing hello@pinkappleofficial.com within fourteen days of the product's arrival. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We offer free returns if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of our fault. If such a problem is present, please inform us at hello@pinkappleofficial.com within two weeks of receiving. 

Sorry! We don't do cancellations! Orders are considered final. However, if we have not processed (different from shipped) your order yet, we may or may not be able to change it. We usually allow a minimum of twelve hours before shipping out products. Please contact us at hello@pinkappleofficial.com as soon as possible with your reasons for change or cancellation and we may be able to provide a solution (e.g. redelivery to new address, change of color, etc.). 

Our brand is based in the United States, causing our checkout to be in US Dollars. However, you can pay in any standard currency and your bank will automatically convert its value. We have different currency displays for your reference.
